I am feeling sleep deprived. I woke up at 3a.m. to go to the washroom. When I crawled back into bed I couldn't get back to sleep until 4:30, and woke up the 2nd time at 6. Today I have bags under my eyes and am staying in, no need to go anywhere.

Today I feel a bit better than yesterday still a bit down but I got the chance to talk it out and ready to move forward

We as a species tend to become discouraged but look around. Compare your life to others say in Gaza. What right do we have to feel bad for our present circumstances compared to them?
I like to roll with the punches that life throws at me, getting stronger with each blow. I don't care what people think or say about me. My opinion of myself is very high. I cannot be brought down.
I like revenge and like a patient spider strike when the time is right. In the meantime I wait and pretend to forgive. No stress, just the sure knowledge that justifiable karma will surely be served.

Sounds like a lot of people hurt you in the past. How you deal with it is up to you but, people often think schizophrenics are violent, most of us are not and just want to be left alone

Feeling cynical and anti social as usual. Turning on the world news and observing man's inhumanity to man didn't help much. Looking forward to visiting my friend C tomorrow. She likes me and always makes me feel important, I like that and I like her.  |

I woke up too early (5a.m.) and couldn't get back to sleep so am a bit tired. Am still in a good mood as I'm off this morning to visit my friend C and there is good t.v. on today.
